Forum One Communications (www.forumone.com), a leading provider of technology-enabled solutions for organizations who create positive change on social issues that matter, currently has an immediate opening for an Information Architect to work in our Alexandria, VA office.
The qualified candidate will become a member of Forum One's User Experience & Design Team in providing IA/Usability/Design support on a diverse range of consulting engagements for our clients. The IA will prepare user-centered design documents including site maps, wireframes, heuristic assessments, user flows and personas among others. The IA will review sites with a focus on usability and quality and participate in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing.
