Job description
This exciting broadcaster is building their user experience team within their internal design agency and looking to bring in an excellent user experience designer. You will be working closely with a key business unit for most of your time as well as across their entire network, acting as a user advocate/interaction designer. This will include anything from small projects to large-scale overhauls.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be designing highly usable interfaces for multiple channels – Internet, handheld PDA, tablet PC, and touch screen kiosks, etc. You will conduct front end analysis, interviewing, focus groups, and requirements gathering as well as create, evaluate, and modify user journeys and wireframes.
Ideal experience would include information architecture and interaction design for large-scale web sites, portals and eCommerce sites. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate working knowledge of human factors and user-centred design. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to incorporate User-Centred Design principles within an Agile development framework.
