Job description
This role involves working largely within the scoping and IA workstreams of our production process. The day-to-day responsibilities will include working with key agency staff, clients, and users to gather and process user requirements. You will be involved in the production of user-centric IA documentation; personas, user journeys, sitemaps, & wireframes.
Key to this role, you'll collaborate with creatives, designers & developers during key project stages to ensure the specified IA is realised to meet business and user needs in the most efficient manner. Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience as an IA working agency-side and have an HCI related qualification.
