Job description
The successful candidate will be working across their client portfolio on projects ranging from enterprise level CMS development / redevelopment projects to smaller campaign microsites and Web 2.0 applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and UCD skills, good communication skills and the ability to interface with a range of agency job functions including account services, project management, developers, analysts, designers & creatives. This role will involve client-facing presentations and workshops, so candidates must be confident and clear in articulating their ideas. You will hold a relevant degree with an HCI focus and have at least three years experience as an agency side IA.
