If you want to work in a creatively led studio with consumer-focused clients, this might be the job for you. User experience sits really comfortably between planning, strategy and design in this role.
This advertising agency has just hired some great talent in the marketplace and is raising the creative bar. They are looking for a Head of User Experience or a lead consultant to explain UE to their clients; you need to speak about it in a really engaging way. You need to be the consumer champion and ensure that the vision and definition is sound, and that the vision is what gets delivered to the client. This could potentially be a hands-on or off role, depending on the team you choose to have around you.
Ideally, you will have worked in a named agency already. A few years of pure UE is necessary, but an appreciation or background in design would be welcome. If you can prove that you can deliver a creative brief underpinned by a robust user experience, sign here.
