Does this describe you?:
- Five years or more experience in human factors and usability.
- Managing usability project teams.
- User analysis, interface design, and usability testing.
- Usability, user experience and user centered design for software applications, internet, intranet, and maybe even some device design.
- Graduate degree in psychology is required (human factors, cognitive, engineering or experimental) or a field related to human-computer interaction..
- Teaching usability and user centered design in a corporate setting is a plus.
- Experience doing user centered design work as an external consultant is a plus.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting web analytic data and combining with usability data is a plus.
- Experience in evaluating interfaces for accessibility issues is a plus.
