Description

You will be a specialist in user-centred design and be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the user experience produced for this leading broadcaster meeting both the user and business needs. Key to this role is the ability to ensure that all of their New Media projects meet the highest standards of user experience and usability and meet with both accessibility and SEO standards. You will be working in partnership with external user experience agencies / consultants and this includes selecting, briefing and managing their output. The User Experience Manager is also responsible for scoping, planning and assisting with all work producing by the internal Information Architects.

It is essential that you have a minimum of five years experience as an Information Architect / User Experience Consultant. You will have a proven capability to lead large scale, multiple workstream projects and effectively manage other IA resource within that. You will have a very detailed understanding of website usability and have a proven track record in delivering very detailed information architecture documentation. Prior knowledge / experience of broadcast would be an advantage but is not a pre requisite.
