Well respected by anyone's standards, this leading User Centred Design consultancy is looking for a commercially minded individual with a proven track record in building client relationships and driving profitable organic business growth, who understands their UX expertise and who can play an active part in the agency achieving their ambitious plans for growth.

Established and well known for their unique positioning and quality of service, they have developed an effective approach to help their clients gain a competitive advantage. Big blue chip brands range across sectors including Travel & Leisure, Broadcast and Media, FMCG, Telecoms and Financial Services.
This is a big role for the agency and would suit a big personality who has the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a highly effective and talented team who are top of their game. You'll play an active role in helping individuals achieve their career goals and develop their skills across the account handling team.
You'll be joining the MD and Head of UX to play an active role in steering the business and delivering their ambitious growth plans over the next 2-3 years. Entrepreneurial flair and a willingness to pursue ideas which deliver the big picture, (even risky ones!) will set you in good stead. Your remit will be to optimise all client relationships and grow business organically, efficiently and profitably.
